Any appointment valued at $15 or more will require a credit card to be held on file. . This card will not be charged unless one of the following occurs: You do not cancel before 48 hours, if you are late 15 minutes or more, or if you do not show up to an appointment, then you will be charged 50% fee of the face value of your service for your service provider's time. No Exceptions.
